that could be the needle and seat in the carburetor is worn and needs to be replaced. The needle and seat is there to set float level and regulate fuel supply
erratic idle can be many things but as the head has been worked on double check all the connectors to the injector's, vacuum lines , air intake etc have been replaced correctly and look for signs of wear, splits in the pipe work , have the OBD codes read as could have a sensor/switch issue
please ask them to chk out the throttle body clean it gently with petrol than connect the vehicle to diagnose with tech-2 it will show u the whole engine running process
Either your fuel pump has died, make sure you check all fuses and wiring for shorts, or the screen on the pump is clogged and needs to be cleaned. Most likely the pump needs replaced and the t ank will have to be lowered to acces the pump.
sounds like a problem with the air flow system. There should be a
MAP sensor that needs to be cleaned. It may only need an air filter as
sometimes bugs and dirt can build up inside the housing. Of course if
it is a fuel problem and there is no fuel filter and anything is able
to get through to the motor you may be giving your injectors a dirty
beating that they don't deserve. Get a fuel filter on stat. If you've
put new spark plugs and rotor on did you hapent to look at the
distibutors points? They should have at least been cleaned and look
nice and shiny. Did you gap those plug to specification? There are
quite a few things that can cause your particular problems... Wires
play big rolls also....
