Open trunk ls remote valet

Hello? I don't see a valet button anywhere in my 95 Buick Regal Gran Sport. Button in glove box opens trunk. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Manual doesn't mention another button re: valet that might make the glove box trunk release button work.

SOURCE: trunk release button won't work, remote will

not entirely sure about your buick, but I have a 2000 pontiac that has a switch just inside the glovebox that deactivates the trunk switch. that, together with locking the glovebox would prevent someone with jsut the valet key from gaining access to the trunk area.

SOURCE: My remote will not open the trunk of my 2001 Buick

If the transmitter is opening the doors, it does not need to be re-synked. You may need a new remote.

Hope this helps.

How can i open the trunk from inside the car on a Buick Regal 2001 LS?

I am guessing the button in the glove box is not working. You may want to check the fuse for that.
If you can get to the trunk from the back seat, there is an emergency latch inside of all trunks per government regulation.

My trunk button is broken and i can;t get my things out the trunk

What do you mean by "my trunk button"? Are you referring to your key-less remote? Or the yellow button in the glove box? First check to make sure that you have not accidentally set the valet switch to LOCK. That will disable the remote & the yellow button from working. Info on how to do that is in your owners manual.
FYI, there was a technical service bulletin on your key-less remote. Buick redesigned it [they had problems with the trunk opening accidentally] If you need a new key-less remote, the new part number is P/N 25678792.
If the solenoid for the power trunk lock has failed, the remote will not work. Assuming you can not open the trunk using the trunk key, there is one last method to get into the trunk. You must remove the rear seat assembly. Then remove any plastic or paper covering which may separate the trunk from the rear seating area. Using a good flashlight, a 3/8" drive ratchet, several extensions [totaling 3 feet in length} and the proper flex socket [most likely 8mm, 10mm or 13mm] you can remove the three bolts which hold the latch mechanism from the inside of the trunk lid. The trunk lid will then open. At this point, you can get your stuff and fix the problem with the power trunk mechanism.

Trunk does not open with button inside car. Does open with key remote. Is there a bad fuse somewhere and if so which one?

Your Valet cancel switch is set.

Open your glovebox and you will see a pushbutton on the the left side, if memory serves. When this button is set, the power button will be disabled, but the key fob button will still work.
This is for when you Valet your car, you push the cancel button in the glovebox, lock the glovebox, then give the Valet your Valet key, which will not open the trunk or the glovebox. Voila, no Valet rummaging through your trunk :)

Often full gloveboxes will be the cause of the button getting pushed accidentally.

Trunk will not open using the button on the door or the key remote. There is no key entry.

Some cars have an over ride switch in the glove box, which allows you to lockout a valet. You simply shut off the switch and lock the glove box and the valet cannot access the trunk without the master key to unlock the glove box. See if you have one that has been shut off by mistake.

My trunk does not open with either transducer of a Valet security system or switch on dashbord!

There is a trunk button in the glove compartment. This is designed to keep the trunk "secure" when a valet takes it.

Make sure the switch is on and not off. Also be sure you don't switch off the front passenger air bag as that switch is also in the glove box.
