SOURCE: want to fit turbo to my car

how much time/money do you have?

sure it is possible, but it won't just be a mechanical solution, you will have to change all related systems to the turbo units.

the attachment of the turbo will be fairly easy... then...:

you will need to rework the exhaust
add oil supply to the turbo, a return, which means new or modified oil pan
turbo EFI system capable of feeding the turbo, may need new fuel pump as well
turbo computer (or computer hack) to understand forced induction, which may also need some sensor changes
non turbo pistons may not be sufficiently strong
...
...

yes it is possible, no it is not easy.

SOURCE: vw golf Mk3 VR6 gearbox/cooling system

I don't know where your leak is happening but I suspect the transmission fluid attacks rubber and may be leaking from the heater because of softened hoses.
I think the first move I would make is to buy a Haynes or Chilton service manual and spend some time researching how the transmission and cooling systems are related. The books are available at auto parts stores (or on line of course) and cost between $17-$30 US.

SOURCE: ok so my tranny fluid is not burnt or anything of

Disconnecting the battery will not reset the ECU on VWs. The ECU & TCU has to be flashed by a VAG scan tool. When power is disconnected, the computer systems lose settings and refer to default setting which leaves you limping along. When disconnecting the power, use an auxiary voltage input device in the cigarette lighter to keep power to the system.
The Tranny probably has a problem with one of the solenoids. The solenoids are located in the tranny pan. The manual will have a diagram to show you which solenoids are responsible for which gears. Autozone.com has free diagrams, also.
Raise the car, and drain tranny fluid, which you can save and pump back in the fill/check window. Remove the pan. You will need a new gasket and filter...they come together in a KIT for about $30. Make sure gasket surfaces are clean when reinstalling.
A VAG scan tool will be able to read all of your VW systems, and will only set you back $50. It will tell you what your problem is with out the guess work. You still need some free advice how to fix it, but you will know what to ask.
Good Luck!

Replaced clutch and now won't shift into 1st, 3rd, or 5th gear

if it worked before why a new clutch,,,(context wins, here/??????)
ok, so you the clutch is failing,
you never posted the symtoms, not really
does car start in gear with clutch depresses, or start to move
does car take off in 1st ?
or is it just moving fast issues>????
cant up shift, cant down shift
hard to shift. (blocks)
grinds.

my wild guess, based on no input is the clutch linkage,
was never adjustED
the side kicks (not sport 1.8L) all have
cable clutches, and the 1 inch rule stated here.
i bet you didnt adjust it or the linkage splines are damaged.
or the pedal is cracked , caused by bad cable.
always replace the cable first. is it breaks other things if not.

Hard to shift into 5th gear

clutch adjustment or a problem in the trans i believe it's a fluid clutch and may have air in system do other gears seem easy or do they get harder to shift as you move thru the shift pattern possibly shifted into a wrong gear when trying to move into 5th may be an alignment issue

Two problems okay..

For the key issue, try shooting some wd-40 into the tumbler, and working the key a bit. If that doesn't correct the issue, eventually you will need to replace the tumbler.

The hard shift is most likely not related to the clutch. As long as the vehicle has good acceleration, and you don't feel slipping, the clutch is fine. The issue may be related to a damaged cable, or to the linkage at the transmission itself.
