I don't know what you want or how you want to move forward with this issue. Give me an idea how you want to proceed and what additional diagnostic information you want. I am forwarding code information and possible causes. Let me know if you need anything else. Good Luck. Potential causes of a P2195 code include: Oxygen (O2) or A/F ratio sensor or sensor heater malfunction Open or short in O2 sensor circuit (wiring, harness) Fuel pressure or fuel injector problem Faulty PCM Intake air or engine vacuum leaks Faulty fuel injector(s) Fuel pressure too high or too low PCV system leak/fault A/F sensor relay faulty MAF sensor malfunction ECT sensor malfunction Fuel pressure too low Fuel leak Air suction in air intake system
P2195 is an OBD-II generic code for the engine control module (ECM) detecting the O2 sensor signal stuck lean for bank 1 sensor 1. The engine has tried to lean out a rich condition and failed.
Potential causes of a P2195 code include:
-Oxygen (O2) or A/F ratio sensor or sensor heater malfunction
-Open or short in O2 sensor circuit (wiring, harness)
-Fuel pressure or fuel injector problem
-Faulty PCM Intake air or engine vacuum leaks
-Faulty fuel injector(s)
-Fuel pressure too high or too low
-PCV system leak/fault
-A/F sensor relay faulty
-MAF sensor malfunction
-ECT sensor malfunction
-Fuel pressure too low
-Fuel leak Air suction in air intake system
First code P0771 is shift solenoid E is stuck or has a performance problem.Code P0128 could be low coolant, leaking or stuck open thermostat, faulty coolant fan (running to much) or faulty coolant temperature sensor.Code P0171 fuel system to lean usally its a dirty mas air flow sensor or a weak fuel pump, fuel filter or fuel pressure regulator. Code P2195 is oxygen sensor stuck lean bank1 sensor 1.I would check for low fuel pressure causing the lean condition or faulty injectors (clogged). Also i would replace the coolant temperature sensor.
P0132 FORD - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1http://engine-codes.com/p0132_ford.htmlForum CodePossible causes- Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 harness is open or shorted - Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 circuit poor electrical connection - Faulty Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 - Inappropriate fuel pressure - Faulty fuel injectors - Intake air leaks may be faulty - Exhaust gas leaks P2195 - O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Lean Bank 1 Sensor 1
P2196 - O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich Bank 1 Sensor 1
The descriptions for your codes are: P2197 - H02S (RF) signal stuck lean P2195 - H02S (RF) signal stuck lean P2187 - Fuel System too lean at idle P0102 - MAF circuit low input
Essentially what's happening is that your MPV is running too lean when at idle. Too much air and not enough fuel. As you speed up - it forces more air into the system which alleviates the problem.
Examine your mass airflow sensor. It should be completely clean - no fuzzies on it at all. If so - purchase some mass airflow sensor cleaner to clean the sensor. ONLY USE THE PROPER CLEANER TO AVOID DAMAGING THE SENSOR. Disconnect the battery to reset the system and turn off check engine light.
Otherwise you will need a scan tool to look at the voltages being supplied to/from the PCM for each of the Heated Oxygen Sensors and the Mass Airflow Sensor to determine which part is creating the problem.
p2195 is a code set by the o2 sensor, replace the oyxgen sensor /air fuel sensor theres 2 so replace the one on the exhaust manifold closeest to engine then reset the light and it will fix your problem, here a picture to help you to know what im talking about. hope this is helpful.
The fuel pump is vapor locking, common problem in high temp/altitude states. Call the dealer and see if campaign t-13 applies to your car, if the car was originally sold in a low altitude state, it won't apply. I recommend the fuel pump be replaced with updated fuel pump sub assy.
