In my 1995 jeep grand cherokee laredo the power windows won t work i checked jus about a ll the fuses im pretty sure but i dont have the owners manual so im not sure which fuse it is even Same exact problem on my jeep - '95 Grand Cherokee - funny. I've tried to pull on various wires under the drivers dash but no response. I played with the fuse box and the master fuse box as well - nothing. I'm not sure how the "window lock" button works, i wonder if that is a possible point of failure.
There are broken wires in the wiring harness between the frame and your driver's side door. These wires control all the windows and door locks in a 95 Jeep. Same thing happened to me. You will have to cut the rubber boot to get it off and check which wires are broken and repair them.
The problem is caused by the body control module
