There are wiring diagrams online that can explain the wiring that is in a 1993 Mazda but the visual is important to understanding how to do this.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Launch CResetter Oil Lamp Reset Tool
you can get that diagram from the dealer just ask the guys in the parts dept for a print out,, to locate a loose or broken vacuum line, you can spray some carb cleaner in the areas that you think may have a bad line, the RPM's will jump up when the cleaner is sucked into the bad line
i recommend going to walmart or car toys and buy a wiring harness made for your vehical that way you dont have to match with the stereo wiring sometimes accurate diagrams are hard to find.
I found that this web page can show you diagrams if you know what your looking for. Just keep clicking till you get to the buying option, but instead of buying click on view image! http://www.parts.com/mazda/1993-mazda-mx3-parts.cfm
