No power to fuel pump or fuel pump wiring harness...

My 1988 ford f150 will not start... the ignition system is fine, i have checked all of that. But my fuel pump is getting no power at all. Everything is brand new on it, i just bought all new pumps, sending unit etc... but still no power. Then i replaced the inertia switch and powertrain control module and still nothing... i am completely out of ideas... What have i overlooked? I need to find a diagram of a 1989 Ford F150 to tell me how the wires run from the relay to the fuel pumps.

1997 ford f150 4.2 ltr no power to spark plugs no power to fuel pump

I would check to make sure there is power to the ASD relay in the engine compartment fuse box. That relay controls the fuel pump relay and the ignition relay. It could also be that there is a corroded wire to that same ASD relay inside the fuse box. Make sure you check the wire harness also for corroded wires. I have fixed many F150s that have had these same problems.

I have a 1988 ford f150 and have non power to the fuel pump

Sounds like the relay has gone bad (common problem on these trucks) there is no rebuild so you have to replace it (around $10) located under hood, passenger side, by air cleaner you'll see a bank of little "boxes" the fuel pump is the green one. Just go to your local parts store to get the replacement. You just unplug the old one, and plug in the new one. Do make sure the key is OFF when you do it.

I have a 1988 ford f150 that is firing but is not getting fuel through the system.

Check the fuel filter for clogs, if its fine then you most likely have a bad fuel pump.

Engine turns over but will not start

Check the distributor and timing order to make sure it has not jumped at all from a timing malfunction.
