SOURCE: Citi Golf Aircon and Wipers not working.

Check under the dash on the drivers side for two relays,one controls wipers and blower fan,probably corroded.good luck

if this is an 2007 vehicle then its a dealer only job for the diagnostics, as encrypted software is used unless its an american market model then a code reader can be used
