This is a warning that there is a problem with the electronic traction control system, a part or circuit has failed, u will need to have the dealer test the system for a trouble code that will be stored in the control modules memory that will indicate were to look for the defective part, it will most likely be a wheel speed sensor, until the system light is out it is disabled.

To start you have to run the codes from the stability control module, and once that's done then you can beging to look for the problem, only a tech II scanner can reset this module, also make sure all tires are the same size

Is it possible to buy the bolt and mechanism for the stablizer bar? CAn i find a schematic online for the front end?
From your description it sounds like your looking for a stabilizer link. It connects the stabilizer bar to the lower control arm and looks like a long bolt with a few washers and bushings. The links are available from parts stores and usually run around $20 a side. The parts stores may list it as a "sway bar repair kit".

I would check the steering stabilizer. to see if theres anyy play in it. Is the steeringwheel vibrating left and right very quick? If it is it may be the steering stablizer. Hope this helps
