My engine light has been coming on and off for approximately two months, thought it was becxause I needed a new tire and oil change. I got oil change light went off, same with tire. Got out of work extremely cold engine reduce power light and tc light came on and care barely moved. Sat in car lights went off. Decided to drive home, but car stalled numerous times. Car ha s been stalling every now and then at corners for a couple of months
Sounds like your crankshaft sensor is bad. It will stop working if bad and will leave you stranded. GOod luck.

Are you using the original key that came with the car? The chip in that key may have gone bad. Try using the spare key that should have come with the purchase of the car. You may also be having battery issues. If all else fails....call the people who really know how to rape you...DUM Dum dummmmm....the dealer

Hey had the problem before when my car went dead. I jump it the the ENG PWR REDUCED thing came on. I shut it off. Look a the fuse under the car. Found the ecm of pcm fuse change it out then it work. had not have a problem sence.

That is a hard problem to pin point without knowing what codes the computer has stored. It can be any number or sensors or engine problems.
You can go to most auto parts stores and they will pull the codes for you for free.

you need to find out if
CODES P1516,P2135 and/orP2138 are set in HISTORY
check the julian date on the PCM
under the hood drivers side just in front of the POSITIVE post there is a cover remove that cover that is the PCM
on there there will be a sticker with a bar code and numbers
look something like this * 8 6 Y N AU K 1 5 3 2 5 0 R P N *
the 9th,10 11 and 12th digit
if the PCM has the numbers BETWEEN 5182 and 5304 then the PCM will need to be replaced
see the number i used is NOT EFFECTED it has a 5325
if your is NOT EFFECTED
then mostly will have one of the codes listed
will need to be diag. APP sensor
