Air conditioner only works while moving. The AC stops cooling when stopped and idleing. Anyone know what causes this?

I always use a shop because they don't just top off the antifreeze. They pump out what's there, removing all of the moisture and air that might be in your system and then replace it. You get credited for the freon out and only pay for the extra they need to put in. It could be that your accumulator has too much moisture in it to work effectively at lower pressures that you have at idle, or that your compressor is having problems. It's one of the very few things i don't do myself. I had a bad experience with topping off my freon with one of those do it yourself kits from NAPA. Ended up with a $300.00 plus repair job after blowing an O-ring. I have an a/c only shop near me and topping off is the most frequent reason they see for major failures.
