My airbag light is on due to a faulty/loose airbag connector under drivers seat! I have managed to get the light off by using WD40 and playing with the wires but it does not last for long until the light is back on! I would like to know where can I purchase a new connector and also do I need the egnition off to do the job?
SOURCE: egnition is deadlli
Does this mean that it will not crank, or that it cranks but does not start??? Check small ground wire from battery to fender to make sure its not broken.
SOURCE: The automatic driver's seat will not go forward or
the cause of your problem could be the switch, or the electric motor that moves the seat, or a wire, I would go to a salvage yard, and get a used switch (usually 5 to 19 dollars) and see if that fixes your problem!!
SOURCE: I have a 2003 2500 suburban, cloth seats,
look under the carpet and see if the plug is are there, even though your truck didnt have them all the wiring should be there, you will have to get a new dash control as well, go to a scrap yard and locate one. again the wiring should already be there as well as the fuse setup.
SOURCE: bought a new brake light
It shouldn't matter what order the wires are attached. The switch is N.C (Normally Closed).
When you press your foot on the brake all it does is Open/Break the contact between the two wires.
SOURCE: 7 pin connector trailer back up light no voltage
Pull one of your tailights on truck, and find wire to back-up on it, then run jumper down to 7 pin plug. Might save a lot of trouble/time.
