Begin by spraying some carb cleaner into the throttle body while cranking the engine. If it briefly starts then it's likely you are correct. Work from both ends. Listen to hear fuel pump running or not with key on. check fuses to see if any are blown, if not back to harness at pump, check for voltage (most harnesses carry fuel pump (steady voltage) and pulse voltage to gauge sensor. You are looking for steady voltage. Then, back up front to find any relays associated with the fuel system (get a manual for this) Be aware that many auto-shutdown and security systems shut down fuel, so if you find everything is OK and still no fuel, look there as well.

running out of ideas, try spray trhotle body cleaner while some one try to start the car, if it runs then your problem is in fuel pump circuit or pump, by pass or jump fuel pump relay and check fuel pressure, check at relay socket your signal from ignition switch it must be hot all times(ignition on) also check your ground points, clean then if excesive resistance, good luck.
