Sorry this is not an easy fix the clutch packs in the transmission are slipping, usually caused by wear, but the hydraulic pump is probably getting week. As the oil warms up the oil gets thinner and the hydraulic pressure decreases. Times for a overhaul of the transmission, and if the torque converter can not be flushed a new torque converter is recommended. You may get lucky buy changing the fluid several times, but if the transmission is 22 years old it may not help.

May have no spark due to a bad crank sensor, which is responsible for spark when it gets a pulse through the cars' computer.

YOU NEED TO TAKE THE INSIDE DOORPANELS OFF AND CHECK WINDOW WIRINGS AND CONECTIONS, FOR MOISTER AND BREAKS IN WIRES.

i have the same problem i replace 3 fuses and next day my van wouldnt start so i replace the starter relay and then it starter next day it wouldnt start again took the 3 fuses out and replace the relay and still wont start it acts like theres no power from the key to the starter i don't know whats wrong either
