The tire pressure monitors are made in the valve stems. You will have to replace the valve stems then have the codes cleared at the shop. Most tire stores have the tool to reset the tire pressure monitors. It can be a little costly.

I have 2008 a4 Audi, message center reads tpms I know it's tire pressure but dont know how to reset, pressure in all 4 tires is exactly the same

Tyre pressure monitoring system could work in a few different ways and invariably needs special dedicated diagnostic equipment to locate faults and to reset. Handheld units are available fairly cheaply but not yet quite as cheaply as some of the diy code readers.

Problem could be a defective sensor or radio sender valve. System will need resetting every time the tyres are changed around the car or when a tyre is changed with some systems.

Im looking for a tyre pressure sensor for my renault laguna 2033 plate but not sure what im looking for or how to fit one thank you

1. The tyre has to be removed to fit the tyre valve/ sensor unit to the wheel. . Tyre dealers will do this for you when you supply the sensor.

2. Any renault dealer parts department can sell you a new sensor.

3. The new sensor has to be programmed to the car's tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).

3. Here is a list of information about the Renault Laguna tyre pressure sensors to assist you. The 2nd link below shows a picture of the tyre valve/sensor unit that fits to your wheel.

My daugther has a hyundai accent 2008, a light TPMS on, wath does it means?

"TPMS" light when ON indicates that the tyre pressure monetering system is malfunctioning. One or more of the TPMS components may experience failure. Vehicle should be driven to the authorized dealer for service. This warning is different from "underinflation" warning, also found on the dashboard in shape of deflated tire with "!" in the middle. hope this helps

Flashing light with ? in the middle.service light on at all times. two front wheels flashing

The indication of the two front wheels flashing is most likely the tyre pressure monitoring system try adding the proper amount of air pressure in the tyres, also never change your tyres around this can also cause the problem or the sensors might have just become faulty.

When I start my 2002 laguna privilege it says tyre pressure sensor not functioning i have tried taking the fuse out it was ok for 5 mins and then started doing it again and only has 3 wheels showing on the...

The problem is with the tire pressure monitoring system as this one is that they are not lifetime built I believe that the battery installed on the sensor has died and must be replaced with a new sensor and therefore a procedure that needs to be carried out when replacing the sensor, certain calibration and so on, Also you can't just swap tyres around because each tyre is programmed to a certain position which if done well just give a wrong indication of the tire pressure on your dashboard.

The low tyre pressure indicator light is on

If all tires have proper inflation, you have a bad or missing wheel mounted sensor (integral with the valve stem).

RESET TYRE PRESSURE SENSOR ON LAGUNA COMPUTER

I had a new sensor fitted recently at a tyre centre, but after driving home one of the rear tyres disappeared off the display! I had them reset the whole system only to find it happened again soon afterwards. Just looked at the fuse panel (right hand side on UK cars, at end of dashboard), no 'reset' switch. However, I did pull out a few fuses to see if that worked. By pure luck, there is a fuse with a strange name (can't remember it now) that is like disconnecting the battery completely (it's a 10A fuse located 3rd down from the top). Plug it back in and hey presto, no more flat tyre warning light, and centre screen shows all 4 tyres correctly. Genius!!
