1998 sebring v6 2.5 convertible

Auto Zone does not test the alternator under full load so the test result could be borderline.
start the car and turn everything on. If the voltage drops lower than 14.2
replace the alternator.
also the battery could be being drained overnight. to check use a test light by removing a battery terminal and connecting light between battery and cable with car off.
if it lights start be removing fuses.
when the light goes off the problem is with this circuit.
lastly if the light stays on take the wires off the alternator.
if the light goes out replace alternator.

Car radio just stopped working

Search to see if your fuses are all good. Radios should be on their own circuit, but sometimes they are piggy-backed on another circuit, so check them all. Decent fuse testers can be bought for under $5 so you don't even have to pull your fuses, just touch them with the tester (it's a continuity test).

96 Continental radio, no audio

I have the SAME EXACT problem. I thought it was the radio - bought another - went to change the units - heard an electrical arc - now the car cranks but doesn't start and the new radio doesn't work either!!! (not that it matters anyway)
Is there an electrical problem with '96 Lincoln's. Where should I start to diagnose the non-starting issue?

Car will not start after I pulled the fuse for my radio

Thats because on the G6 your entire control center and brain of your car is ran through your radio. Without the fuse to your radio, there is no current getting to the controllers for the G6's quick click auto start feature. The G6 does not use a regular starter cylinoid like most cars older than 2004-2005. The controlling signal of starting your car when you click your key over for that split second is run through systems housed and integrated in the radio.

Sporadic issue with not starting.

Your problem could be your starter relay. It could be internally damaged and causing the intermittent problem. Look in the junction box under the hood for it. If you have your factory manual,it will tell you the exact position of the relay.
