The battery is under the drivers seat. The car came without an owners manual so I have no information on this. I tried restarting in the usual way connecting leads to the battery from another car but this didn't work. I know it can be jump started as an RAC man did it once but I did notice that he'd connected the leads to somewhere in the engine compartment.
Get the factory manual from the given link and easily fix the problem http://toolsnyou.com/

If the starter motor is sticking, it can draw a large current. If there is power down to the starter motor while its not starting then the starter is faulty. You can test this with a multimeter or just a test bulb connected to the smaller of the two wires on the starter, while cranking.Check you have a good earth from the battery to the engine. If the bulb lights up but no engine cranking then its a faulty starter.

SOURCE: MY PEUGEOT 307 WON'T START, WE TRIED JUMP LEADS,
hi if the engine wont even turn over then the chances are the starter motor needs replacing, if the engine is turning over and it just wont start then you need to look at things like the fuel pump or fuel pump relay

the 807 uses an additional small tank of additive which needs to be checked refilled to basically burn off the carbon build-up in the exhaust chamber this is linked to the filler cap sensor if the ceramic in the exhaust is clogged then damage can result from continuning to drive the car check this site for how it works mine cost 400 euros to sort!! http://www.psa-peugeot-citroen.com/modules/fap/anglais/index.html
