The dimmer lights on my car do not work. I have replaced the burned out bulbs and suspect there must be a fuse issue, but I don't know which is the corresponding fuse! The lid to the fuse box is gone and I do not have a diagram. The fuse information in the manual is not specific.

THE FUSE BOX ON 06 IS PART OF THE TIPM MODULE UNDER THE HOOD THER IS A BLACK COVER ON IT THAT SAYS POWER DIST. CENTER. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF CLIPS AND IT PULLS UP

try looking at the bulbs first, their is a fuse for each side of the lights ---do the front side lights work ??think this is just a coincidence that they are out and you have just noticed it .

If a bad fuse is the suspected cause and you cannot isolate it, i might suggest a tool available at the parts store called a fuse tester. You just touch the fuse with it and it test continuity. If there is none, it is because the fuse is blown. It is a very useful tool in finding bad fuses without having to remove them. Also, it will eliminate a fuse as the problem if you are unable to find a bad one. It will move the blame to a switch or the motor, or possibly a connection or break in wiring.
i hope this helps,
matthew

You will need to replace the headlight dimmer switch.
