How do I hook up a tack odmeter without a wiring diagram
If it is a 3 wire , red to 'key on power', black to 'ground' , 3rd wire to signal side (ground) of ignition coil.

The only way that you are going to get a wiring diagram for the van is to buy a service manual. And the Haynes and Chilton's that you buy at the auto parts stores will not have the wiring diagram in that much detail. So you will have to go to Chevrolet to get the service manual. I am going to warn you now. They are expensive.
