Wipers would stop working and then start working again off and for quite awhile. Now they've stopped working completely. Make an electrical clicking type noise from the dash when switch is on, and battery meter on dash jumps up and down when switch is on. Is this more likely the motor, module, switch, or maybe loose wire connection?
SOURCE: Winshield Wipers don't work
replace relays 30 & 32 in the engine compartment fuse box near the battery. they both control windshield wiper function. there are a group of six relays near the back of that panel..... looking at the group from the front it's the two relays on the left starting from the top one and going to the next one down.

SOURCE: My intermittent wipers work totally
It would be the module. remove the glove box and you will see it to the right
SOURCE: Wipers quit working then started again and finally
It can be the motor for the wiper, but it is controlled by the switch on the turn stalk. You should have a fuse in the panel for the wipers, check that first then it is a toss up. You might take your wiper motor off and see if Autozone or Oreillys can test it for you, which they would do for free.
The wiper switch in the turnstalk is a one piece unit. Everything for the wipers and the lights goes through this switch. It is called a MFS, multi function switch. It is available in the aftermarket and Salvage yards as well as the Dealer.
When your wiper motor is tested, you will know if the MFS needs to be replaced. Again make sure your fuse did not let go with the contacts shorting from the motor or the MFS.

turn key on then turn switch on, knock on motor with a small hammer and see if it starts working, if it does, then replace the motor.
SOURCE: Front windshiled wipers not working.
blown fuse, faulty wiper motor or faulty wiper switch. Possible you got a bad new wiper motor if you replaced everything in the order you wrote it in.
