What and where should I look
That error code is idle control system malfunction. You need to replace your idle air controller (IAC). IAC basically opens and closes the throttle at idle so it stays at constants RPM. Hope this helps. Thanks for an honest rating and for using FixYa.
Ok here is a link to AutoZone and it will tell you exactly how to change the IAC out. I took some pictures of the IAC on my wife's Cherokee. It's a 1999 but it should be the same. The IAC is attached to the throttle body. This should help you get the job done in about 10-15 minutes. It will take you longer to get the part than get the job done.
