The only reason to change hoses is if they leak are dry rotted or the fittings don't match because the new a/c compressor is an aftermarket type but not an compatible with your vehicle as such with out some modification

HI, no need to change these hoses if they are not worn or leaking. if the condition is fair and there are no leaks, you do not need to replace them.

99 nissan maxima how to bypass the ac compressor to the altenator and crank

Generally speaking, you can't. All Maxima models came with ac, so there is no replacement pulley for the compressor.

2006 maxima not blowing cold air. What is the first thing I should check before taking it in for a $99 diagnostic. Thanks

Check fuses, also if you can or have some one help you check for freon pressure, that will also disable the a/c compr. Go to a small indepened repair shop they will do this check for much less.

Vaccuum hose coming from transmission isnt connected to anything

I think you are talking about a vent hose. The new vehicles haven't used vacuum controls on trannys for a long time. Yours would be computer controlled. In short, the hose probably hooks to nothing....

Windshield fluid squirter doesn't work - 99 Maxima

I would first test your washer pump ( squirter) by a 12 volt source such as battery take 2 wires one for negative and one for positive leads from your battery or other source of 12 volts to the leads on your pump if pump is bad it will not run, you can bypass the switch in the same manner only remove the switch connectors from switch and apply the power to your car connection. thermostat in a 99 maxima is right above the alternator. just look down and you will see a hose clamp and a hose. that's the thermostat housing. you will remove the whole housing (3 bolts),because that's the whole thermostat.
