When I turb the engine on after about 15-20 seconds I hear a click in the abs unit behind the passenger side kickplate and then my abs light comes on. I DONT hear the pump try to pressure up, I hear nothing. If the pump was bad would I hear it trying to pressure up? I think it might be a wheel sensor and will try to determine that with the abs light code it reveals. What do you think?

If you are absolutely sure that the all the abs sensors are good. Then the only other factors are the abs unit itself and the abs computer. Please have the system checked with a a scanner to make sure. Remember the only way to an ABS light will reset is by driving the vehicle and if every component of the system is fine the light will go out. Because your light is on there is a problem in the system and your abs is not functioning when the light is ON .Good Luck

Hi,
The problem is the solonoids inside the modulator are stuck, all you need to do is!!! Clear the code, than drive car while no abs light is on than lock the car a few times on wet road. The will help to free up the solonoids. Do this about 10 times, brake fluid is the only parts needed!!! Call me at 302 529 7888 if you like!!!

SOURCE: Honda Civic 2007 Civic . Cahange wheel bearing and
sorry to tell you this but it sounds like the wheel bearing was put in backwards on one or both sides. the front wheel bearings have a black speed ring built in and that is what your speed sensor reads off. - this is common as the front bearings will install either way- hope this helps
