Wont crank or wont start ??? big difference
no start, check ignition module or asd relay
no crank, check everything from battery to ignition switch to cables to fuses

just had the same thing happen. Make sure the flex pipe from the throttle body to the intake manifold is on properly at both ends or it sucks air and won't run right.

sounds like your not getting power to the starter. check the connections on the battery and the starter to see if any thing is loose. if not you could try taking off the starter, and taking it to a part store and have them test it.

My car inspection expires next month. So i plugged my car into one of those handle held machines and P0123 popped up. Shouldn't the check engine light come on with that code. This is my first car. I have a Dodge Neon 2001. I read that it's the Throttle position sensor but im not too sure. I would like some advice from someone who has experience with cars who would give me the best thing to do in this situation and how to go about getting this fixed. I don't really know too much about cars but i changed the camshaft sensor, pcv valve, and changed the wheel cylinder from watching videos and reading stuff online. I want my car to pass inspection next month. Please Helpppp!
