SOURCE: I need to replace the battery cables on a 2000

You can just ask at a spares shop for the wires for you specific vehicle, as for fitting them, the negative terminal wire simply attaches to the chassis by a large bolt, and the positive wire usually has a plug on one end, and you can just plug the old one out and insert the new one, make sure to ask the retailer for the plug aswell when you purchase the cables. Hope that helps!

SOURCE: 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Keeps stalling, engine

P0505 means the whole Idle Control system, not only the IAM. Check all related sensors (i.e. crankshaft sensor). Check with a voltmeter direct at the connector of the IAM if you get any signal. Remove the IAM from the TB, connect him, let someone switch your ignition key to ON. The IAM need to drive in/out for a short time to find the right position. Hold the IAM near a hard part, that they cant drive out completely! If IAM works fine, check the fuel pressure, check and clean your TB ( if not done yet). If that doesn't work, come back again please

SOURCE: 1994 jeep grand cherokee dash lights come on when

What dash lights come on? if its the brake or ABS lights that means your brake pads need to be changed, in some brake pads there is a sensor that also has to be replaced if you have gone too far into the rotor.

Dashdoard lights, headlights and radio lights flicker

Sounds like a loose ground. The battery cable is not the only ground. There are multiple ground locations in various places on your vehicle. You'll have to consult a wiring schematic or the dealer for those locations.

93 jeep cherokee, will not start, not getting fuel...if i unhook the negative cable to the battery it will start after waiting a half hour or so to hook the cable back up.

If the check engine light does NOT come on when cranking at the times when it won't start, then your ECU is in need of repair. The engine will only start after the check engine light comes on and the ecu is what controls that. It's likely going bad, causing the delayed start problem typical of early 90's jeeps. Repair or replacement services for your jeep ECU are available on ebay.

95 jeep cherokee not starting

Check the small wire on the starter to see if you are getting 12v there with the key turned. If you are, then it is possible that the starter (&or solenoid) that checked out good last year is not good now. If no power at small wire, then check neutral safety switch.

95 jeep grand cherokee laredo 5.4 replaced alternator and battery and cable still have dead battery every morning Please help

the best way to look at this problem is with a12 volt test light then remove the ground cable from the battery turn every thing off inside the car close all doors and remove keys then connect testlight to battery cable and touch the test light point probe to the negitive battery post if test light lights up for more than three seconds and stays on you have draw on the system. dont panic it maybe just a glove box light or door switch. if suspect a circuit simply un hook it retest again .if you open a door that will make light test come on recheck all doors closed. if you still have test light on locate fuse box and remove one fuse at a time until test goes out while holding door switch in.when locate circut use wiring diagram to assist from ther. if the light does not light up check altenator output volt meter shoud be 13.2 -15.5 volts when running.
