The Driver Seat in our 1997 Volvo 960 does not move back and forth properly, the right side is sticking. How do you remove the driver seat to replace the right side drive cable for the seat?
Is this easily done? Seems simple enough but worried I won't be able to get the seat back in place...
You need to remove the 4 nuts underneath the seat and take the seat out to replace the cable. usually the metal strip inside the cable has tiny line groves at both ends. This will wear off over the years.
