Need to see a image of how plug wires go on a 1992 oldsmobile 88 royale

Intake manifold normally has firing order cast in, or get a shop manual. The hard part can be finding which should be #1, especially if you have had the distributor removed. Use compression gauge to find TDC compression stroke on #1 and see where rotor is pointing.

1 Remove the front grill.

2 Remove the screws that secure the headlight assembly to the vehicle.

3 Unplug the wiring from the back of the headlight assembly. Then, gently pull the old headlight assembly from the vehicle and set it aside.

4 Replace the headlight assembly by inserting the new assembly into place and replacing the screws.

5 Insert the grill back into place and replace the screws to hold it in place.

How do I change headlights?

The halogen headlight is basically a bulb that is replaced from behind the headlight assembly inside the hood. Hyundai has a cover that keeps moisture and debris out. To remove it, simply twist the cover counter clockwise. Once removed, you should be a locking "bracket" that will resemble a small wire handle. This locks the bulb into place. The handle can be released by "squeezing" it together (on some models, the handle is kept in place by a notch) and pulling up. Once released, you will be able to remove the plug and old halogen bulb.
Once the bulb is replaced, reverse the instructions to re-assemble. Best of luck and thank you for using Fixya! Greg

How to install headlights on a 1992 toyota 4x4 pickup

To remove old light, remove screws holding the trim around the headlight. Some models require removing the grille to access them. Headlight should pull out and you can detach the plug. Install in reverse order.

How do I change the bulb in the driver's headlight of my 95 Toyota 4Runner?

You must remove the four screws that hold in the side marker lenses (two per side/lens) pull the lens forward & out to the side. Next remove the grille, to do this you need to push in both top & bottom of the plastic clips that hold it in place. These clips usually break since they are old (1995) & made of plastic. Each clip costs $1.99 from the Toyota dealership (for .02 cents worth of plastic!) you will probably need a few even though they are way overpriced. Then once the grille is removed you can remove the four bolts that hold the lens assembly in place, once it is removed you unplug the bulb & then unscrew the plastic retaining ring that holds the bulb in place & remove the bulb from the housing. Installation is the reverse of removal - BEWARE; do not touch the glass of the bulb, oil from your skin will cause hot spots on the glass & lead to premature failure of the bulb. If you do happen to touch it, clean the bulb with alcohol prior to assembly.

Method #2; remove the air box on the drivers side (behind the headlight & you can remove the bulb from the back. On the passenger side, remove the battery & the washer fluid reservoir & you can remove it from the back also. Either method is time consuming & an unusually bad hassle for something as routine as changing a headlight.
