Have the ABS codes pulled, this will give you an idea of what is going on. It sounds like a faulty speed sensor, but check codes 1st.

Why is my abs brake default light coming on?

The shop either didn't bleed the brakes properly, or didn't install drum parts properly or knocked some sensor out of position or unplugged it. Return to the repair shop.

Why do ABS brakes grab and push air?

hey check ur abs wheel speed sensors. check data when ur moving lf rf and rears should be reading same speed. its probably gonna be a bad wheel bearing cause that where ur speed sensors are built in to. u need a abs scan tool to monitor ur wheel speed parameters in order to pin point ur bad sensor. or pull codes from ur abs module and see what side it says is failing. good luck

1993 Lincoln Town car 3 years ago on a very HOT day my right front brake started violently grabbing, even without touching the brake. The ABS light comes on intermittently, it usually goes off after...

I had a very similar problem in my 93 town car. I ended up changing the Calipers, rotors, and pads. This stopped the grabbing, but still every once and a while the ABS light would come on and grip the brakes on me. I ended up pulling the ABS relay from under the hood.and the problem has stayed away. The only thing is that now i dont ABS brakes. Its a heavy car tho and i havent had an issue yet. Also, if you decide to do this, the relay way mis marked in my car, when i pulled the ABS relay, the Air shocks went out instead. Had to pull one at a time until the anti lock light came on, then i knew i had it.

ABS light on when cold, then goes off. The brakes grab and lock when stopped and will not release without major coaxing. It seems they engage at low cornering turns acting as if the vehicle is in 4wd....

Sounds like you have sticking caliper pistons, have you ever changed brake fluid? Replace calipers and flush brake fluid and clean ABS sensors with
ABS safe brake clean.

Brakes pulsate real hard

That is just the ABS system at work. It is supposed to prevent your wheels from locking which often makes the brake pulsate, especially in wet weather or or snow or ice. The only way to really stop this is to disable to ABS by unplugging it and removing the fuse. This will make the ABS light appear in your dash, but your brakes will stop pulsating.

Vehicle shakes

I doubt it. You'd have an ABS light on. All wheel are warm to scalding hot after even light driving. ABS systems do not apply brakes. They unapply them. They simply cut the fluid to one of the wheels / axle sets of brakes. (Newer stability control systems use the brakes) In your case. The ABS can deactivate either front wheel independantly, or the both the rear brakes together. You can take the wheel off & flip the pad & piston up to check it if you want, but I wouldn't think it was the brake dragging at the top of my list, no.
