Should be mounted on the transmission bell housing. Follow the line from the clutch master cylinder. It goes right to the slave cylinder.

Where is slave cylinder located on the motor

The slave cylinder, which is present only on manual transmission automobiles, is located at the transmission bell housing, where it provides the hydraulic pressure-to-mechanical pressure conversion that actuates the clutch fork to disengage the clutch plate from the pressure plate.

2005 saturn vue slave fluid check

I would first need to know what a slave is to let you know how to check the fluid. If you are talking about the slave cylinder for the clutch....well then, you should have a small round reservoir located on the firewall near the brace master cylinder.

On 1996-99 vehicles the slave cylinder is called a concentric slave cylinder. It is located on the inside of the transmission bell housing on the input shaft. Removal of the transmission is required to replace it. It directly engages the clutch release bearing.

Where is the 1999 Saturn SL2 slave cylinder located?

on a manual transmission the Clutch Slave Cylinder is located on the drivers side front of the transmission. You can locate it by first finding the clutch master cylinder on the drivers side of the firewall. Then fallow the plastic line to the front of the transmission.

To remove the slave you will first twist it then pull it out of the transmission.

The clutch slave and mater cylinder are replaced as an assembly.

I have a 91 nissan d21 and cnt find the slave cylinder or master slave cylinder?

The master is beside the brake master cylinder, between the brake cylinder and the fender. Follow the line down to the trans, it ends at the slave. Now that you know where they are... why do you want to know??

Where is the slave cylinder located on my 1997 sidekick. how do you change it.

Assuming you're talking about a clutch slave cylinder - it's on or near the transmission. I don't know about Sidekicks in particular, but the slave cylinder operates a component (the clutch) in the trans, so it's always on/in/close.

Need Mazda 1998 B2500 4cyl 5sp throw out bearing assembly & dustcap diagram

The thow out bearing is part of the slave cylinder assembly. Autozone carries 2 of these part numbers (12596) for $47.99 and (LSC003) for $84.99. Don't foget to change the pilot bushing also. It's $3.99. It's located in the back of the crankshaft. The input shaft from the tranny rides in it. Let me know if you need any help with changing it or bleeding out the slave cylinder. Thanks, Len
