The radio has to be reprogrammed at the dealer if it is locked - the screen will say - locked. Your problem is likely a failed radio if only one side doesn't work.
You will need to contact your local dealer with the Vin number of your truck & possibly the make of your radio. When a radio locks the dealer has the code to unlock the radio, just give them a call & you should have your radio working in no time.
Let's start with the simple things and replace the fuel filter first and try to get the car scanned at Auto Zone free of charge to find any DTC codes that may be the reason to why the car stalls. Keep me posted, be glad to help.
