2003 chevy silverado gear indicator lights don't work

First check fuses, then test blower motor, Last Temp control switch

same bulb but 2 seperate elements. wiring diagram u should be able to obtain from your local auto parts store like autozone(preferred)

The neddle is attached to the column via a thin metal wire and spring which then clips to the edge. Remove the trim above the column and look for the clip attached to the wire and a warn spot on the column and reattach it. :)

you don't they are surface mounted l.e.d on the circuit board. so with out total disassemble and solder skills and replacement parts this will be a very hard task.
