My 2007 Honda CR-V is making a high pitch sound when the engine is cold. It happens when putting it in drive and after every time the automatic transmissions shifts. I only hear it at the bottom of the gear and I hear it less or not at all as the RPMs pick up. This is the AWD model.

You have a RFI problem that's radio frequency interference. you need and RFI strap for radio to radio attena or an RFI strap from chassis to engine. hope this helps. this is the only way to get rid of unwanted RFI. good luck!
