I have a 2006 f150 5.4L and have already changed the Power Steering Pump and still makes noise

some times the pressure hose will come apart on the inside and work like a gate restricting flow and the pump will labor against it making the pump wine

Is it a "wine" noise that gets louder when you rev it up? Sounds like an idler pulley. Is it a 3.3L motor?

Power steering leak on 2003 CHEVY impala V6 3.8

When a power steering pump begins to fail, it's best to replace the pump and both pressure and return hoses to this system.
Recommend you replace this as soon as possible because it could eventually cause damage to your steering rack and pinion.

Wine in power steering, I put in new fan belt, power steering pump, new rack

The wine will be there until the fluid bleeds out all the air.If it does not, then have the power steering pump replaced again, and be sure to flush the system with a good power steering flush. But the remanufatured pump is most likely the problem. The pump had a flaw that the rebuilder didn`t see.Do make sure the lines are not kinked anywhere.
