Sounds like low oil pressure, there should be a check ball valve in the pump it may be stuck in the open position or the spring that holds it may be weak. Try 20/50 Castrol GTX and a quart of slick 50 with a new oil filter. If it still makes noise when cold it will be time for an engine rebuild in the near future.

Hi i got 6m70 engine is starting ok when is cold but when is hot is hard to starting

You have a faulty temperature sending unit/sensor. The engine is flooding after warmed up because the sensor is not telling the computer to take it out of "cold start" mode.

I had heads replaced on my 2004 Dodge team 1500 5.7 hemi due to valve and spring issue. Then lifters became very noisy so replaced those also. Truck runs ok but lifters are making noise at start up now...

the hydraulics will leak down after the engine has been stopped for a while . The noise on start up will be until the oil again fills the lifters. If it is getting really cold (under 32F of close to 0 c) then you may have to consider a lighter viscosity grade of engine oil (10w-20 or 15w -30) the manual will have the recommended viscosity of oil for cold areas or you can check with the oil catalogue at any auto parts store.

that covers 99% bad cold starts. so , we do that first.
diagnosis is like 10x a tune up, so........ $$$$$

2006 Maxima starts ok when cold. Really hard to

Might be an oil issue. Oil when hot might be too thick for the pump to pump the oil easily in the engine. Check that and if not that come back.
