Hi
It could be your neutral safety switch. It could be the starter relay which is located in the fuse panel box. It could be the smaller wire going to the starter could be loose or corroded.

Is the motor locked up??? If the starter is engaging the flywheel (Loud "click" when key is turned) and the engine is not cranking, the engine may be locked up. Try to turn the engine by hand ny placing a socket on the crankshaft pulley bolt and using a ratchet to try to turn the pully in a clockwise direction. If it does not turn, try taking all the spark plugs out and try it again. If it turns with the spark plugs out, look for antifreeze coming out of the spark plug holes when you turn it....if anyifreeze comes out, your problem is caused by a a blown head gasket. Also pull the oil dipstick out of the tube and look at the condition of the oil. If it looks like a chocolate milkshake, your engine has probably locked up due to antifreeze getting into the oil from a blown intake manifold gasket.

There is a fuse from the ignition switch. There is also a fusible link. Below is a wiring diagram that you can look at and it has the wire colors as well. This I hope will help you narrow down your power loss to the solenoid. If you need anymore wiring diagrams for your vehicle I have them all and you are free to email me at [email protected] with what you need. No cost, Being nice cause it's Sunday....LOL Anyway, I hope this helps you and good luck. Here's your diagram

Ignition relay or fuse could be the problem. When you turn the key to start do you hear a fuel pump kicking on and or do you have spark when you hot wire the starter (I know it's hard to check while trying to start it)? You can email me back and I might be able to pinpoint it more.
