I have a 2002 jeep Liberty. If i leave #23 fuse in the battery will go completely dead in 2 days. If I pull the fuse The battery stays charged, This fuse controls most of the inside lights, Radio, Keyless entry, body control module. Something seems to be draining the battery, but I have checked it at night and I cant find anything on. Any Ideas?

Just for thought try removing the light bulb under the hood, the socket my have gone bad and keeping the light on.
Good luck and keep me posted. Also not sure if your Liberty has one of the sun visor with a light switch on it, I found the one on my jimmy was always on thank's to my G/F putting things between the visor and ceiling.

The car has a short somewhere. My guess is a ground fault where by power is being consumed in the cabin. Annoying tho this is i would leave the fuse out and if the car runs ok leave well alone. In England JEEP has a real bad track record for electrical faults. If it ain't broke Don't fix it. Steve in UK

Where is the fuse for the running lights on 2002 Jeep Liberty?

zero symptoms stated, just vague, running lamps.(with an 'S')
running, are parks, old name , PARK.
which lamps are dead, the PARK lamp fees are the largest feed on cars. , 2 in trail, 2 in front, and side markers and the cab is full of parking lamps, called illumination lamps with dim feature.
so do all other things work on car, head lamps
engine run, and HVAC and all that?
Ill now answer ,and pretend you said, USA Liberty, on our USA forum.
does your car have DRL feature, like in canada, mandate.
daylight running lights> ill pretend , NO.
Ill pretend you said all exterior park lamps are dead
and the PARK relay is dead.
the relay feeds fuse 9 and 23, so its not likely both those blew.
the relay is controlled by the BCM brain, so if the brain fails to see the switch turned, there will be no parks, nor relay closure.
if engine runs, ok
and head lamps work ok
and all else work then get the car scanned.
to see if the BCM even sees the park commands are sent out.
if engine dont start or stater sound weak , we'd fix that first.
if only parks fail then the BCM is next. (fuses above ok)
all fuses ok. (we check all fuses first. or read the book to see the complex nature of power and fuses on this car.)

the scans must not show, for example MUX to BCM failures.
the MUX is the combo switch outputs to the BCM.
if no errors there, then we diagnose why the park relay is dead.
its not wired like 1970 jeep. not at all
its run by 2 + computers and a network,

Reset check engine light on 2002 jeep liberty

same on all cars. but details. (all my answers are USA, unless you ask)
which engine, oops you forgot that major fact.... bad.
there are 3 ways. in order of issues. (collateral damage)
1: the scan tool, push reset, no issues.
2: pull a secret fuse. (PCM fuse) 1 of 4 or so.
fuse 24, in pDC under hood, is hot all time fuse, and ECU memory
3: pull battery neg lug. and radio and nav go dead, ouch.

Why is my clock and radio staying on after I remove the key in my jeep Liberty 2007

Modules or Relays are not going to sleep
or timing out & running the battery down

Have to leave the doors closed up to 1/2 hour with a
an amp meter on the battery & pull one fuse at a time
to isolate the circuit

You Tube has video on (Parasitic Current Drain Test)

My 2009 Jeep Liberty constantly has a dead battery every morning. The battery stays charged throughout the day but drains at night. What is the problem?

Something's running, obviously. Get a volt-ohmmeter that can measure current draw, remove each fuse one-by-one, and test each circuit for a non-zero current.
