You have burnt out the output transistors ,either a new radio from scrappers or change the transistors ,well its a chip actually and its not easy to do
Does your car have an automatic raising and lowering antenna? If it does check your fuses for it. If not pull your radio out of the dash, and check to make sure that the antenna wire has not become lose or unplugged from the back.
You might try testing the power that leads into the insturment panel. You can remove the hole radio assembly by bending a wire coat hanger enough to get it into the two holes on the sides. When you pull it out, you will have depressed a couple of clips. The power switch is connected to the left side in the back of the unit. Hope this helps.
I just installed an aftermarket radio in a 93 mustang and I had to hook up the blue wire for the power amp to work. I am not an expert just passing on what fixed my problem. Good luck
it on the starter check under the car it shoud be in the front of the engine on the dirvers side but if i were you take the start to autozone or advance and have it tested if it is the solenoid just replace the whole thing it not worth just fix the solenoid it self
