Where is the heater blower resister located on a 2004 bonneville gxp

Why ? Does the blower work on high ? but no other speeds ! If it doesn't come on at any speed it's not the resistor . Does the vehicle have automatic climate control or manual ? Automatic doesn't have resistor , has a blower motor control processor . HVAC Blower Motor Circuit You need to test , not guess !

Hello I have a 1997 Bonneville SE 3.8 with climate control display shows AC is on and Blower is high. BUT no AC and no Blower. I checked power connector at the blower motor and is reading 1.5 Volts.

you need new blower module located at blower under hood, against the firewall under the relays it has four or five wires in it, and two bolts holding it in.

No high speed on fan for heat and air

Replace your high speed cooling fan relay with a known working relay (rear window defrost for instance) and see if the fans turn on while the air is on high. If so, you need a new relay. You can also look into the fuse that protects the relay circut.
