I realigned the copper contacts in the centre console as one of my windows was not going up. After I reconnected everything, they briefly worked then suddenly all the windows (including the back ones which I never touched) stopped working altogther. I suspect it may be the fuse. Can anyone help me as to what kind of fuse I need and exactly where it is in the fuse box?
So, if you think you blew the fuse, replacing it will likely find you with 2 blown fuses. Try benzworld.org. This site has a wealth of information and extremely knowledgeable people on their forums. I'm pretty sure your fuse box is under the hood on the drivers side though.
