Brake lights stay on

My daughters 1995 Toyota Corolla LE's brake lights stay on constently. Even when the car is off the lights stay on, and eventually runs the battery dead. could it be a fuse or break sensor?

I have a 1992 Acura Integra GS-R and after I turned off my car, my brake lights stayed on. The level of my brake pedal hasn't changed, what else could it be?

Yes, transient current. Typically happens with damaged taillight bulbs, or poor ground. SO, when you step on the brake, rather than the current going to ground after the stop element, it goes into (and powers up) the running lights, of which dash lights are part of....
Look for ground issues, run external ground if needed, for testing purposes..

Back lights stay on even when everything is

You probably have a stuck or misadjusted brake light switch. The brake light switch located under the dash next to the brake pedal lever.

Usually when it is on, it is due to either low brake fluid, e-brake is not full disengaged, or abs pump or circuit is faulty.

1999 Toyota Corolla Seca - hatchback. the tail

If you put your foot on the brake, the tail lights and parking lights will still come on. Possibly your brake is sticking. Check to see if it is and if it is put WD40 for a quick fix. See a tech for them to fix your brake alignment. Good Luck!
