Replace your spark plugs po300 is random misifire po303 and 304 is telling you number 3 and number 4 are not fireing properly. check and replace all the plugs and if that doesnt work check for vacume leaks and fuel pressure.

SOURCE: start and diesss

p0456: evap system. sensor failure
p0172: evap system. intake blocked
p0778: exaust valve control. solenoid/ecu faukt
p0300: cylinders misfire. check ht/ignition leads
p0301,303,304,305,306: same ht leads

You can disconnect your battery for a short period of time, 5-10 minutes should do it. There is no guarantee that the check engine light will not come back on in time, but it will make it go away at least temporarily.If you go to Autozone, 99% of the time they will hook up a code reader and diagnose your problem. Where did you get these codes? Anyone can by a scan tool, but if they cannot tell you what the mean is a a joke and do not waste your time . All codes are OBD ll and are available on line free try googling P0301

What do c1441, c1201, p0303, p0302, p0300 on a 2011 Lexus RX 350?
I suggest you get the car to a good mechanic who knows Lexus cars.
  • C1201 = Engine Control System Malfunction (VCS lamp ON-RX3) or ECM/TCM malfunction / 51
  • C1441 = ?(Code not listed so please recheck it).
  • P0300 = Random/multiple cylinder(s) - misfire detected.
  • P0302 = Cylinder 2 - misfire detected.
  • P0303 = Cylinder 3 - misfire detected.
The first one is a possible problem with the engine management system, (the car's brain). This could be a cheap or an expensive fix.
The last three are the cylinders not firing properly. It could be a problem with fuel or spark into those cylinders.

2001 Lexus ES300 error code of P0300,P0302,P0304,P0306,P1354. Changed all the sparks plugs and checked the
Exhaust camshaft on bank 2 is out of time. It could be the camshart control valve or possibly the the camshaft has slipped a tooth. Focus on the P1354. The other codes are secondary to this fault.

My 1999 lexus es300 is still reading the codes P0300, P0302,P0303 after giving it a tune up.
Your codes indicate misfires. What was done in the "tune up"? Misfires can be caused by any of several different causes including (but not limited to):
spark plugs
spark plug wires
coil packs
injectors
injector wires

The term "tune up" used to mean, "replace points, condenser, distributor cap and rotor, and plugs". Since most cars no longer have points, condenser, distributor cap and rotor, we need to ask what was done...

U1120 The code U1120 means, lost wheel distance message. The powertrain control module(PCM) is not
receiving a signal from the anti-lock brake module. The problem could be a short in the bus circuit,

take to local part store (autozone) and they will ck code for free have feeling going to be a p0300,p0301-p0306 which is a cylinder missfire start by swapping coil packs and see if missfire moves with a certain coil if so replace coil remeber the 3 cylinders in the front are 2,4,6,from front of engine let me know and pleases rate
