I left my interior light on in my car on for a day and a half and when i used it the next day, my battery light went on. so, i charged the battery for 4 hrs and worked like new. however, for the next week after that ive had to recharge my battery everyday to make it for the day. At the end of the week, my car started to die on the freeway, so i replaced the battery. unfortunately that didnt work either. so, my question is, is it the fuses that i have to change, since i already have a new battery, or is my alternator???
Is the check engine light on? If so take it to a local parts shop like Advanced Auto call ahead to see if they have the machine to check the code, if the check engine light is not on then I would say that it is in fact the alternator.
Alternator!!!! but take it to your local AUTO PARTS store and have the free check done....
