I had this similar problem, what you could do is pour water and see where exactly it comes from, taped around the whole thing but pay alot of attention to the part where it leaks and put something called Mighty Putty. It works great but it wont last forever. You may check on Car-iD.com to find a replacement. If you can't find anything there check at the nearest Cap World. They are definite to get you somewhere with your problem

SOURCE: I have a 1997 Dodge Ram. The window on the drivers

I had the same problem on my 97 Ram. Take the door panel off, get some liquid nail, squirt just a little into the two clips that hold the glass. Then set the glass back into the clips and run the window up almost to the top so you can still get your fingers on top of the glass. Run it all the way back down again putting a little down pressure on it. Now run it all the way up, put the panel back on and let it sit for a few days before you roll it down again.
You have to run it up and down to make sure the clips are in the proper position, if yours is as loose as mine was it will slide around in the clips pretty easy.

1998 Dodge Ram 1500. Why wont the rear driver brake bleed?

If one wheel cylinder is bad, the others won't be far behind. The fact that the brakes don't word at cruising speed leads me to believe that the servo assist / brake booster isn't working properly, or you have a vacuum leak.

Also, if you have ABS on the brakes, you have to use a pressure bleeder and pump fluid from the caliper up to the reservoir. The old way doesn't work, plus air naturally like to rise.

Hope that helps, but your best bet is to go to a QuickFit brake and exhaust place.

1998 dodge ram 1500 5.2l, a/c air blows out floor

You most likely have a vaccum supply issue to your A/C control panel/unit. Your dodge has a vaccum actuated mode door and under low vaccum situations (hard acceleration) the mode door will revert to its at rest position (floor vents)...

Follow the small plastic vaccum line coming out of your A/C unit under your hood, it will eventually end up at a source of vaccum, either the throttle body or intake manifold. Somewhere in between you will find your leak. Good luck!!!

I have a 1998 dodge ram 4x4 5.9 liter i have no brake lights or turn signals i changed the fuse it blows it as soon as i press the brake

there is a short somwhere in the harness for the lights and it wont effect untill you put postive power trough them by activating the brake light switch from pressing the pedal. check wires for melting overheating or shorts to ground or touching by the switch tailights and possibly a bad bulb socket or tail light housing.

I have a 1998 dodge grand caravan 3.0 motor and i have replaced the theromostat and changed the radiator cap and it seems to be loosing fuild somewhere

Visually inspect around bottom of waterpump. There's a "weep" hole - it's an early warning system for waterpump before bearing seizes. Also check passenger carpet/floor up to firewall - possible heater core leak.

Why won't my air go thru my vents or floor when I turn the dial to that location. It stays on the defrost mode.I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500,2 wlheel drv.The switch is a vacuum switch.

You probably have a vacuum leak somewhere. Chrysler default is defrost. My daughters Grand Cherokee had the same issue and was broken line near firewall. Also check to see if vacuum resevoir is not cracked. Trace the lines back to the intake and look for any broken hoses, fittings, etc. You could also try and spray a ight mist of WD-40 along the lines while the motor is running and the rpms should increase when the mist hits the leaking area. Good luck.

It is possible to plug the main connector in upside down. Check to see if this is what you did. Other than that, does the engine roll over?
