If the bulbs and fuse are good, then look on the side of your transmission. There will be a switch with several wires coming out of it. This is your reverse switch that turns on your reverse lights and most likely needs to be replaced

I can't find the fuse for the Reversing Lights (Backup Lights)

http://www.ehow.com/how_6016968_fix-2006-dodge-grand-caravan.html
Hi try this link the 2003-2006 are almost the same and the above link should help you to find the fuse. After you replace the fuse if it still does not work call your local dealer to find out if it could be a reverse sensor or reverse switch. Good Luck and don't forget to let everyone on fix ya know if this worked.

Reverse lights wont go out

sounds like the reverse switch is stuck or bad. It is compressed when the shifter is in reverse. Follow the cable for the shifter and it should lead you to the reverse switch. When this is compressed it signals for the lights to be on so someway the switch is still making contact,

Find reverse back up light switch

the switch to activate the reverse lights is located in the fusebox as well as being activated by a contact in the gear selection lever, if there is an issue, troubleshooting should start there
