I got in my 2004 audi a6 last night and none of the interior lights or the power windows, power sunroof were working. even in the display in the dash it was showing that 3 of the doors were open when they wern't. I think it might be a fuse or something, but this is all greek to me, HELP!!

I just saw your posting. Yes, It could be a fuse, a 10amp interior light fuse BUT... I had to replace the Central Locking Control module which toasted first... I had the 3 open door, no working lights/windows situation too...

The problem seems to be in the main cabin light which has the 3 way rocker switch. Turn this off (depress the side on the driver side of the car (US)). Check the 10 amp fuse for the interior light. If it is burnt, you are OK if its not, you need to replace the Central Locking module. ~$200 US

I still have not replaced the cabin light module where I think a short is. If I replace the fuse in question, and turn the cabin light on, it "pulses" for a few minutes and then cooks the fuse.

2005 Audi Allroad A6 interior lights door locks windows not working. Fuse 14 is OK and already changed CCM.

Maybe the convenience (or comfort) control module under the driver seat carpet also got water damaged? If you have VAGcom (VCDS), run diagnostic scan and post here.

Sunroof switch won't close the sunroof, looking for the way to manually close it

There should be a crank on your fuse box cover {hexagonal section}. That is the manual closer for sunroof. You have to take off cover for readong/interior light to access the cranking point.

How to work sunroof on audi a6 1998

I hope you solved the problem by now, but if not...
The switch is located up top by the interior reading lights. Just turn the knob counter clockwise and the sunroof opens. If you want to just vent, you pull down on the knob.

AUDI A6 WINDOW PROBLEMS

This is a common problem with the C5 A6 models. Before you replace the fuse for the windows (I think it's number 14, but i don't have a manual in front of me - Anyway, it's the 10A fuse that's blown!) Look under the back of both front seats and you'll see a light that illuminates the floor for the back seats. Rem ove the light from each seat by prying it out with a flat screwdriver and disconnect both leads. Replace the fuse, and your windows (moon roof and interior lights as well) should now work. The lumbar support causes something to short out the lights. I've tried insulating the lights on mine, but the problem always comes back so I just disconnected them altogether.
