Please check:
- If it is distributor type ignition system replace the distributor cap, rotor, ignition coil or ignition module from inside the distributor assembly. If it is distributor less ignition system then check the following items:
- Engine coolant temperature sensor.
- Fuse link in the engine bay fuse box.
- All the wires and connectors at the spark plugs.
- Crankshaft position sensor.
- Camshaft position sensor.
- Battery voltage at terminal #1,
- IGF signal (ignition confirmation signal) at terminal #2 with DSO.
- ( IGT) Ignition timing signal) at terminal #3 with DSO.
- Ground at terminal #4.
NOTE: Remove the connector from igniter #1 and see the female connector from the front side. The left most is the #1 and the right most is the #4 pin.

1990 Toyota 4 runner for V-6 manual trans.i started it one morning and went inside to let the very. warm up ...I heard it die,I went to restart it and nothing it won't ingage.

sounds like the fuel pump is not getting fuel to the injectors - check the fuel filter and if that is not plugged up, then check the fuel manifold pressure - if it's about 10psi or more (when the ignition switch is on) then it's probably not the fuel system. it the ignition system okay (sparks to the plugs?) you could have a burned out coil or spark plug wires - or spark plugs - but since it was running, I'd check the fuel system first

I have toyota hilux 2.5d4d 2kd engine it smokes allot blue smoke an engine shakes allot what can be problem

if there is a lot of blue smoke its burning engine oil and the shaking is because the plugs are not firing correctly because they are fouled by the oil. also could be plug wires worn out, distributor cap and rotor if it has one as you don`t say what year this is. the burning oil could be rings, valve seals/guides, PCV system plugged.

Spark plugs covered oil

oil on the plugs is an indication of worn engine and ting problems
you can use a a hotter plug to burn off the oil or use multi point plugs to that they don.t foul from the oil

Toyota 5a burn too much fuel

so many things cause inefficiency. Ensure you have a good engine to start with ie good compression, not burning oil. ensure the spark plugs and ht leads are good, try some injector cleaner. have the car tuned or remapped at a qualified service station.

Toyota Altis 1.8 E Using oil, and blowing smoke

Either your cylinder rings are failing or your headgasket has broken and is the culprit. One final possibility is that your EGR value is plugged.
