I just had the heads milled in and have followed the guide step by step but still wont start could the camshafts be off 180 degrees or could the timing sensors be bad I have tried resetting the timing 3 times can some one please help me with this
Yes and no you have to know if the sensors are good if the sensor was good before you took it off then it is most likely good /if it was slight off time it would start with a missfire, put starting fluid in the intake and try to start it if it starts then and turns off you have a fuel issue check for spark on the plugs look for arching from the coil packs or wires etc double check all the wires and sensors and connectors make sure that all is plugged in and right.

The on-board computer is giving you a trouble code for the center belt tensioner in the rear seat. This chould not be a safety issue if the belt is functioning. You may be able to clear the code if you pull the center belt out completely a couple of times as the code may be setting for reasons where a little excercise of the belt mechanism may remedy.

You will have to get the airbag code read to be sure but I have had to replace the clockspring in my steering wheel and also the airbag wiring harness under the passenger seat on my 2002 Lincoln LS, all in less than one year. If you or someone you know can help you remove the seat you can do the wiring harness yourself, it is a simple clip.

You may be in the group who had a bad starter cable. My 1999 had problems with the primary starter cable that runs under the vehicle. Its over $100 and like wrestling with a python to get it out.
If you noticed lights dimming or heard the radio crackling, the body grounds may corroded.
