Don't know where to put transmission fuel for a 1988 honda prelude si manual

U need to re-timed the engine. Check all four marks going across the two cam pully is lined up with the engine head surface.
Then check the crank pully alignment mark the single notche align to the mark on the timing cover

may need to swap the computer also.. manual computer is different..but yes.. be looking into any vacuum leaks..block off any open ports you find..

No flow of coolant-replace pump

the fuel pump is in the gas tank

Have you checked the neutral safety switch? The switch is designed to prevent the vehicle from starting unless the clutch is fully depressed. I am not quite sure where the switch is located, it may be under dash on clutch shaft or the transmission. Keep me posted on this matter.

well get on with it its not difficult,jack under engine with a block of wood on it ,take weight of engine and then change mount

no there is no easier way if he didnt put the pin to the cable back on it must be reattached

You need to check the tcm for codes too. The s3 light is like the check engine light for the tcm. The VSS code might be your problem.

check your air intake, filters, throttle body etc
