Hi there,
commonly recharging port at low pressure is located at suction line of your ac system,on sample figure you can figure out recharging port.
There are 2 ports on the AC System. One has a LARGER fitting and the other has a SMALLER fitting so the hoses can not be hooked up incorrectly. There are usually BLACK PLASTIC SCREW ON caps that will help you find them. You are looking for a 13MM quick connect fitting. The low pressure hose will have this fitting on it and the hose runs between the compressor and something called an accumulator. That's basically a big holding tank that has a bag of dessicant beads inside it to absorb moisture. The high pressure side has a 16MM quick connect fitting and runs between the compressor and the condenser core. A condenser core is a radiator looking device in front of the radiator of the car engine. It's smaller but should look just like it.
There you go! I would advise that you take your car to a professional who has the proper gauges and experience to diagnose any issues. But if you just need to add refrigerant, you can do this with a kit from your local auto parts store. Get one that has a GAUGE, don't just use a hose. Also there is a tag on your car under the hood that indicates exactly the amount of refrigerant your car needs when fully charged.
Be careful and good luck.
