the engine temp sensor on a 1992 240 (b230f engine) is located on the passenger side of the engine, right next to the oil filter and right above the alternator. good luck :)
if you punch in 3 consecutively with a wrong code, the EEE message will be displayed. in order to erase this, you need to place your ignition key at # 1 and switch on the radio and leave it at least between 4 to 6 hours. the code display will come back and re-enter the correct code.
You're going to need to have 2 people for this. One of you is going to need to rapidly pull up on the outside door handle(kind of in a snapping fashion) and the other will need to push from the inside. Eventually this door will come open. Once this happens, replace the latch assembly. Any local salvage yard may have these.
timimg belts usually don't make noise, they break and the motor stops!! The noise could be coming from a bad water pump, powersteering pump, air compresser, alternater, leaky exhaust, leaky vacume lines. Check them out. Or, I don't know the condition of the engin. Has it been neglected and are the bearing going? More history would be helpful.
yes you fill it up dont turn car on but turn the stering wheel all the way to the right and then the left do this about three times if you dont you could ruin a new steering pump and make it a loud one
